Migration

Shocking seervice on a basic address move in the same building. 20 days to get an acknowledgement, then get told it has been logged with octotel and that I need to wait 7 working days and even though I have said in the application that I don’t need a router they have still told me to buy one from them.... and!!!!! I cancelled the other line twice and they are still telling me I need to cancel the other line and that they will bill me for another month. So so so frustrating!!
