Line Activation
We recently assisted a School with changing over their ISP to Cool Ideas package. We have since cancelled with their current provider. We are now going for a week and their open serve lines aren't activated yet, they keep on coming with the excuse that they have escalated. Schools open next week and when we started this processed, we were told that this will be done before that time. They sponsor schools and this is their level of service, I think my broadband should remove cool ideas from their list of top rated ISP's
