Lack of ownership from CoolIdeas and MetroFibre

We have been with CoolIdeas for about 9 years now and we recently moved and asked them to install fiber for us as we have been so impressed over the years. They use MetroFibre to do their installations. Well, between the two of them, I simply cannot believe the lack of responsibility on this job. It took 4 weeks to get them here to do the job which was completed on Wednesday last week, It is now Tuesday of the following week and we are still not active, Cool Ideas keep blaming MetroFibre and so the cycle continues. Nobody is actually rectifying the issue nor taking responsibility for the fault. Cool Ideas keep making promises and escalating the issue but the end result is we still don't have a fibre line. I know this is Africa but service like should shut the company down...........!
