K*KKER THAN TELKOM, AND THAT'S SOMETHING

IT TAKES A LOT TO BE ***KER THAN TELKOM BUT COOL IDEAS HAVE MANAGED IT. My fibre line has been down for a week and I have been juggled between Cool Ideas and Vumatel multiple times a day every day. One Cool Ideas call centre agent even commented that I had been messed around so much they felt sorry for me! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! WILL BE CANCELLING MY LINE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
