Issue resolution is top notch.
I have been with Cool Ideas and Openserve since July 2023 and I have nothing but the greatest service. I have never had to check the speed of my connection ever since I joined up. My issues get resolved speedily and once off. My only issue is that they no longer have a telephone number to call. You have to either whatsapp or email.
