Internet signal dropping on daily basis
Hi, when we first signed up with Cool ideas we were very happy. Now we are having daily problems of loosing the internet signal on the router as the orange light comes on, signifying no internet. Cool ideas ask me to do tests on their setup which I am not capable of doing. Octotel the Fibre supplier offers no help either. Staying in Bloubergrant there is only Octotel Fibre. Is there no way this can be sorted out.
