Internet and Cool Ideas
My internet was down for 24 hrs and consultants for Cool ideas were initially unable to help. This morning Itumeleng Sono Called me and in a matter of minutes Identified the problem that was only a matter of a dislodged cable. He was straight to the point, polite and professional. I have always received fast and efficient problem solving from the company and Mr Sono confirmed my regard for them.
