Instead of 1GB Download I am getting 200MB and no refund !!!!
I have been with Cool Ideas for almost a year and on the 1000MB/100MB package at R1499pm , I have logged like 6/7 calls for slow speed , I have shared all my Speedtest results from shop.vumatel which apparently Vumatel can see as well.1 whole year of Slow speed , I have been ****** as they wont even consider a refund for this bad service . I have spoke to 10 different agents, I really dont know how they got the best ISP awards , I am going to ICASA and will post all the speedtests online for everyone to see. I also have experience with fibre so I know what i am taling about ? Recently Vumatel has changed everything apparently from SFP/GBIC to switch port and this only lasts for a week , Cool Ideas then turns around and gives me terms and conditions to read regarding a non-refund... If im getting 200MB and have proved it time and time again why should i pay for 1gb ? they should fix this properly and refund me accordingly ???? I am getting the Feeling that they are hiding something from the consumer ...

Upon investigating we have found that a call was logged with Vumatel on your behalf and that they came out and changed and SFP unit on your fibre box which then fixed the line speeds, there was further concern from your side over the speeds over wireless which unfortunately arent guaranteed but our team is always happy to provide suggestions as to how that can be improved.
Vumatel provide a best effort service meaning they cannot guarantee speeds at 100% of the time, should you wish to pursue a refund kindly email accounts @ cool ideas. co .za as this is the correct process to follow

As previously mentioned the SFP unit was changed and the speeds are being achieved. we can guarantee speeds over cable but we cannot guarantee the speeds if you are connecting over wireless due to a number of outside factors.
if you are having speed issues while cabled into the router please send a screenshot of your speedtest result to our support team for further assistance
