i app**** on the 23rd March 2020 for a existing line at my new home as the previous owner had a line with VOX isp. i was told i had to wait till the 1st April 2020 as the line had to be released by VOX, this i accepted as this was in the hands of VOX. Its the 4th today and i am still waiting for the order to go through from Cool Ideas and all i get is there is error on Vumatel side with no explanation. Then i get a an email on my ticket saying that: "Vumatle have confirmed that there is a order that was placed by another Isp on -12-8-19" (actual excerpt from mail). i dont think these guys know what they are doing. I used to get great service from them but this has just been ridiculous.
