Indifferent interest in getting a client.

I was passed from pillar to post in my attempt to get information from Cool Ideas - never the same person. Eventually after many emails back and forth, I got the information I needed. I then was told to go to their website, fill in my address and fill in the form. Well, I tried this many times and the website simply went into a "check coverage" loop. No form to fill in. It was impossible to get any help with this. So I have given up and gone to a different service provider.
