Incredible experience! So impressed!
We recently switched to Cool Ideas, and I couldn't be happier with the service. What sets them apart is their excellent customer service; we have had trouble with our fiber line, that have made our case a priority and been completely on top of it and even going the extra mile of following up regularly to see if progress has been made. 3 other people in our estate have also had trouble with the fiber - none of them have revived the level of service we have received from cool ideas. I have never come across a WiFi service provided that provides such wonderful customer service! I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. I could not recommend them more! Thank you Cool Ideas!!
