Incorrect Personal Information

A very disturbing experience since Saturday 1 Feb 2025. I called to be assisted with my internet connection, and I was advised that the reconnection must take place. Now, here's the problem, there's someones personal details on my profile, how they got there, beats me. Secondly, who changed my details and when did this take place, those are the answers I'm seeking. My cellphone number is linked this person I don't know, and there's an order done to an incorrect address which is not mine, and there's no explanation, except that an error must have happened. This is very concerning, personal sensitive information of someone is just out there, that can't be right. I hope this is something that is going to receive highest priority and fixed urgently.
