Very quick to suspend line for outstanding R1.65 but I have been waiting for 4 months now for them to sort out the line speed issues I am paying for and I am not even getting half the speed I am paying for most of the time. Very Poor service

We have an automated system in place that pauses all services with unpaid invoices. Please let us know if you do not receive our suspension notifications so that we may correct that.
Regarding your speed issues, they have been escalated to your fibre provider. Our support Escalations team have been following up on your behalf and will be in touch with any updates. Rest assured that we are doing our best to have this resolved soon.

You are not responding to e-mail or calls so that also doesn't help as I am still waiting for management to call me back after calling and mailing requesting feedback from a manager and not a team leader or someone pretending to be a manager.
