Inability to change an email address
I requested an email address change with the Cool Ideas service desk, I expected to be an uncomplicated admin task but days later it's not complete. The ISP confirms that the email address has changed however I still login with the old email address and the new one doesn't work. I tried calling the Call Center, was promised a call back by the agent dealing with my case but that never happened.
