IN MY OPINION COOL IDEAS ARE ******ING ME FOR MONEY. PROVIDE POOR SERVICE AND DONT FIX PRODUCT BUT YOU MUST PAY!!!!! RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE.

WELL now Cool Ideas after supplying an unstable line (I have loads of screenshots proving this) deny its faulty in their actions. I reported the line faulty 27/09/2020 by 25/08/2020 the line remains faulty. I had to source another solution by the 12/08/2020 to continue to work. They refuse to refund me the month of faulty not working service. I informed them that I withdraw authority to deduct funds from my account early August. This is essentially cancelling the service. Further they demand another months (September) fee for cancellation. But I have rescinded debit order hence cancellation given timelessly. I have stopped doing tests on the line as I have replacement. In my opinion this is ******ion. This is theft. They provide poor product and even poorer service - I had to demand technician arrive on site to investigate. IN MY OPINION DO NOT USE COOL IDEAS I HAVE BEEN TREATED SO BADLY ON EMAIL AND FURTHER THE SERVICE AND PRODUCT OFFERING ARE SO POOR. THEY REFUSE TO FIX OR REFUND AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR AN UNSTABLE LINE THAT *******S LARGE FILES. HELL IT COULD NOT EVEN DOWNLOAD A 2.34MB SOFTWARE TO TEST THE LINE!!!!!!!!
