Impressive service from Cool Ideas

I really had a "Cool" experience with this provider. The fibre guys arrived this morning to do their bit, and said it could take up to 48 hours to get the old disconnected and the new enabled, but that I should try and call Cool Ideas to see if I can get up and running quicker as it was weekend and I didn't want to be without internet.

Well I called, and literally within 5 to 10 minutes, I had my new user id and login details, and I was up and running on their network. Well done guys and gals at Cool Ideas, not often these days that a business is able to respond rapidly and get things moving like that. Keep up this business model, it works for your customers!
