**** IDEAS NOTHING COOL ABOUT THEM
WORST SERVICE EVER. 7 TICKETS LOGGED IN ONE DAY,STILL NOTHING IS DONE. RETURN CALLS PROMISED NO RETURN CALL RECIEVED. AFTER THE CHANGE OVER MY LINE S BLOCKED, NOT ABLE TO PURCHASE A VOUCHER A THEY, CANNOT UNBLOCK IT. TWO DAYS LOST FOR ME AS I WORK FROM HOME. WHO IS GOING TO REEMBURSE ME FOR THE LOST WORK DAYS
FIX THE PROBLEM YOU ARE COSTING PEOPLE MONEY WE DONT REALLT HAVE BUT IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR JOBS WE REQUIRE THE WIFI UP IN OUR HOMES.
