I would never want another service provider.

I have seldom dealt with a company so professional and eager to help. We have been getting our internet provided by Cool Ideas for the passed 7 or 8 years (Initially with Fiber, and now with Fixed LTE), and they have had the most fantastic service.

Pricing and speeds are great, and I never feel like "just another customer". Whenever I have had an issue, they are quick to offer solutions, and if it's a deeper issue, they make sure to contact me most days to just keep me informed that they are still looking and to offer whatever information they have about the situation.

Even when there is an issue and our internet is driving us up the wall, I would rather stick it through with Cool Ideas, as I don't think another ISP can be as attentive and helpful.
