I pay - Yet they suspend my service and ignore my emails...

I made payment on time in March 2021 using a credit card through Payfast. This payment went through to Payfast and out the other end - Payfast confirmed that they have paid it over to Cool Ideas. Cool ideas didn't capture the payment on their side and a few days later I got an automated email to say my account is going to be suspended due to being unpaid.

So I paid again... Now there are 2 charges on my card... and emailed Cool Ideas to rectify - they responded, a few days later to inform me that they will take the payment to my account. April comes and I receive my next invoice - unpaid. I make contact with Cool Ideas and they ignore all my emails - eventually I even cc in all the emails I can find for Cool Ideas - 4 different people... All of whom ignore me. And on Sunday 11 April, they cut off my service - still not actually taking the time to phone or email me.
