Horrible support service.
The Cool ISP is horrible when it comes to support. Line went off on Friday evening. Ticket logged. I had to phone numerous times to get updates. They blame Metrofibre for not giving feedback. Cool Ideas keeps saying we will contact you back and they never do. I have to phone every time. Cool Ideas and Metro Fibre was supposed to call me yesterday and they still did not call me. Now I will again have to phone them and have a fight with them. And the support people does not know left from ****ing right.
