Horrible service from Cool Ideas ISP
Wish i could pick a 0/5 stars.
Absolutely no service or customer support. Support do no reply on any queries and if they do it is a copy and paste response.
Nobody takes responsibility and the "team leaders" are non existing. Impossible to have direct contact with team leaders. They have stupid processes designed to frustrate and to ignore any queries or problems.
Consistent with current reviews i would advise anybody and everybody against using them as an ISP.
