Horrible service from Cool Ideas.
It is dissapointing that I have to go to these lengths to deal with Cool Ideas and Vumatels ***********cy.
In a matter of a month my service has been down for 8 days. When contacting Cool Ideas they play the blame game, it's Vumatels issue. I do not deal with Vumatel, I expect my ISP to be sitting on Vumatels heads for them to resolve the issue.
Why should I pay a full installment when I not getting full service from you. I am livid at the ***********cy and uselessness from this provider. The don't give a **** about the customer is frustrating. Resolve this **** soon
