Horrible Service

The most horrible fibre internet experience in my life.

Since moving to ZoomFibre on CoolIdeas, it has been the most frustrating and horrifying ideal. The connect speeds for a 15/15 line are extremely slow, I continue to experience network drops so often that I expect a network problem several times a day.

I have logged calls with CoolIdeas and all that happens is that I will get an email informing me that my ticket has been resolved and therefore closed! But my connection remains slow and often I am offline as it says "no internet"

I am offline again as I am posting this review at 23:13, having been offline for over two hours already. Their call centre is off duty and the voice prompt says I must use their website(how the heck do you use their website when you are offline?)!!!

So now I don't know if I will be connected this evening or like the last time I will be without internet for over 24 hours!
