Horrible service!

We app**** for uncapped fibre in January!! My husband eventually cancelled the request end of April after not hearing anything from them even after contacting them a few times, they deducted Money from his account end of May (even though they still haven't installed anything yet) he reversed it and they deducted a few day later again for a larger amount!
