Horrible service and no care.

Not even sure where to start. Was an existing customer, line terminated when it should have been transferred. Did not care at all that business was suffering due to no internet. Was told it would be working Friday yet it did not. Saturday they want to send out a technician on Monday only. Had to sort out the problem myself and by Monday I still have no proper feedback. Also does not allow ratings on facebook and this is an indication to me that they do not care what people think.
