Horrible service

I have recently took out a fibre contract with cool ideas and since the past 2 weeks i still have not had my fibre line activated. When i call their customer service center, I am told that Vumatel is the one who is responsible for activating my fibre line. Cool ideas stated that they are not able to advise on the turn around time because they are not responsible for activating the line. This feedback is pathetic, to date I am still waiting. I tried to contact Vumatel directly but my effort were all in vein because I was advised that Vumatel does not speak to customers directly. What kind of a mickey mouse business is Cool ideas and Vumatel running at our expense.

I am currently working from home and on a daily basis i need to pop out money to buy data yet i have taken out a contract. I wish i never entered into this joke of a contract.
