Horrible Horrible Horrible Service in the past 2 weeks. Cannot even log a ticket on their self service platform. Westlake.

The stability of my service over the past 8 days or so has just been horrible. Horrible is being polite.

I have moments when the service is great. Then moments where it let's me down, horribly. In a session right now and cannot even view the presentation. I'm on a 20/20 line the attachment shows that the speeds are so slow that speedtest.co.za cannot even save the results.

Fix this.
