Horrible customer service at Cool Ideas-VUMATEL

My service was terminated due to non payment. I made payment. I called Cool Ideas to reconnect my service on the 22nd. One of the consultants requested that I fill in a new application form, which I did. My service is still terminated up to this day. Tickets logged. #COOL-*** , #COOL-***. I made several calls I dont get updated on the status of my service.
