Horrible Cool ideas service

i have a 50/50Mbps subscription with this service provider, but to my dismay this connection has been terribly buffering and hanging on all the devices. So i logged a call to report it which was on the 26th of May and till today this has not been attended to and yet i have been consistently paying. i have been asked to send numerous speed tests and nothing has been done about it. To make matters worse i have recommended so many of my friends to this provider and was about to sign up my mother to them and on a certain thought i am cancelling this subscription and going with someone who takes customers seriously.
