Horrible after sales experience

I have been with Cool Ideas from 2018 with an overall great experience however recently my internet connection has been terrible and their after sales service is very poor. I logged a query with them on the 23rd July 2020 and my ticket has been closed twice so far with no resolution. There is no feedback on the online portal and no attempts have been made to assist me since and a week has passed.
