Harassment affecting my health and well-being

Cool Ideas has been harassing and threatening me for months.

I made the mistake of signing up for fibre with them, and when it turned out that my fibre line had been damaged by previous tenants, I asked Cool Ideas to do the installation.

They refused to cover the installation, even though the package I signed up for clearly stated that installation was included.

As a result of this refusal, I told them to cancel my order. I hadn't received any internet access, or installation at this point.

They sent me several invoices for an installation clawback (they refused to cover an installation), and for a month's access fee (I never received access).

I went in to their office, after being yelled at by their accounts call center agent. At their office I was told that they would correct the error, and that the invoices and threats were indeed erroneous.

Shortly thereafter the harassment started again. I've been receiving threatening emails and further demands for payment ever since. They are now threatening to blacklist me for not giving in to their ******ion attempts.

I am a nervous wreck. When they call me I have heart palpitations and extreme anxiety. Cool Ideas has affected my mental health in a very real and negative way.

Their office staff will say one thing and then the very next day I receive more threatening communication from their belligerent accounts agents.

I have an email from a staff member advising me to ignore their continued harassment.

How can I ignore them when they're threatening to blacklist me?

I never received a service from them. Only invoices for the things that they refused to do.
