Greedy and ***********

Cool ideas are terrible, please avoid at all costs. Cool ideas will sell you a service that they are unable to provide. I have been charged for a 500mbs line for months now but I have consistently only getting 100mbs. I have had countless tickets logged with them but they keep giving me the same nonsense and keep telling to do things that I have done a hundred times.

I finally gave up and told cool ideas to just reduce my package, since it's not fair that I am paying for 500mbs but they can only provide 100mbs. Here's the best part: they now want to charge me a once off fee to reduce my package after ripping me off for months. Want to cancel? Sorry for you, you need to wait 2 months. Stay far away from this ****my company
