Great support desk assistance from Cool Ideas

I'd like to send out a special thanks to the support desk team at Cool Ideas who assisted me to get our business back up and running again after we were hit by a lightning strike which took out our optical fibre network terminal - among other devices in our home. This required the team to put pressure on our fibre carrier which happens to be Openserve. I was given constant updates on the progress of my logged ticket, and I was assured that our line would be restored in short order. Which is exactly what happened. Thank you in particular to Thidiso, Faith and Nhlanhla who coordinated with Openserve to solve the issue in a prompt and professional manner.
