Great Service from ISP Cool Ideas & Evotel

I had an issue with a broken fibre cable on Sunday. I called in to Cool Ideas (my ISP) and the friendly staff member attended to my call. It was reported to Evotel (the fibre installer in our area). On Monday after, shortly after 8 am, a Technician called asking if I was available for him to come and attend to the fault. 15 minutes later, as promised, he was there by me, and within 30 minutes everything was sorted out. Great service! Well done! Good to see that some companies still value their clients, even on a weekend.
