Great service from Cool Ideas

My router stopped working and I lodged a complaint regarding my issue with Cool Ideas as they are my ISP, and the router is from Vuma. The Cool Ideas team gave the best customer service, they were in constant communication with me regarding my issue they logged the query with Vuma on my behalf, and Vuma closed my ticket 2 times yet the issue was not resolved. Cool Ideas would follow up with me immediately , and would again re-open my ticket. Vuma had no choice but to come and replace my router. Cool Ideas consultants are the best, they are so professional , kept me updated regularly, they kept my mind at ease throughout this entire process and am so impressed with their service. They are infact the best ISP .. and I rate their service 1000/100
