I would like to send out a massive appreciation to Rowan at Cool Ideas, he not only assisted in escalating my issues but he provided a full update every day to make sure all was sorted. Not even his department but made sure to keep me in the loop with all information he was provided.

The team at Cool ideas also made a considerable effort with assisting me in getting my fibre line back up and running.
