Great service

I had brilliant service from Bradley at Cool Ideas. I had no connectivity, logged a call with Cool Ideas and Bradley phoned me within 2 minutes. The line was down, and he advised me he would keep me updated with regards to MTN. Within the next couple of hours, connectivity was regained and Bradley advised me that I should be up an running again, which I was. Thank you!
