Great Service and Support from Cool Ideas

I found Cool Ideas great with follow ups and I always thought plus felt it had not forgotten about my order, while I was waiting for installation by Clear Access.

I am very happy with the service and the deal I got with Cool Ideas.

Cool Ideas was also great in that after a call was made to me, an email is sent confirming what was spoken about so there is a record for both sides.

Sometimes one feels one has to pay more for great service, but I feel with Cool Ideas, I was able to get great product at great price and great service.

I also liked the speed of responses, very efficient.
