Great service and no issues with connectivity

I've only had great experiences with Cool Ideas. In the last 6 months or so my internet has only gone down once. When logging a ticket (which is really easy through their online portal accessed through mobile) they were quick to respond and resolve the issue, having me back up and running in no time. When I first app**** I was billed incorrectly but they immediately rectified the account and processed the credit. I give them 10 thumbs up.
