Great customer service

Our fiber line went down (which was a Vumatel problem), but Cool Ideas kept following up with Vumatel and chasing them to come and sort the problem out. They could have just washed their hands of the whole thing, but they were an amazing intermediary and manager of the Vumatel service - keeping us informed and updated the whole time.
