Great customer service

The best support that I've ever received. Quick replies, follows up. Generally speaking very helpful. To give some background, my area has just gotten fiber. I signed up with Cool Ideas and immediately I got a call and was guided through the process. SADV messed up a little bit, but Cool Ideas contacted them and sorted it out. Overall they kept me informed and up to date. Excellent customer service, especially for a South African company.
