Good Internet, Ineffective Customer Support

Internet they provide is for the most part always the speed you are sold on.

Customer support has agents only rushing in to mark your ticket "answered" without actually doing anything.

I went a week with my Internet down and all everyone did was say they're waiting for Vumatel to provide feedback. Every single day that was their response

Shout Out to Beatrice Brancken, this agent actually kept me updated and forced a response out of Vuma, then immediately reinstated the line.

Overall, good internet but it seems agents are incentivised to just close tickets and not actually solve anything.

The way customer care agents performance is measured needs a revamp
