Good Customer Service
Just like many I called in to lay a complaint, although to be honest I had the best Customer Agent online and she honestly knows her job. Her name is Pamela Suntundu, she even called me back before she knocked off and assured me she'll keep following up and calling me just to keep updated. I'm impressed.
