Gamer and streamer alert!!!!

Hi. This is to warn the streamers and gamers about the service I am getting. I am a broadcast engineer for TV, radio and streaming. Also being a gamer and content creator myself I understand the concept of line quality. But Cool ideas and Openserve do not understand quality and will only go as far as to test line speed. I am now battling with pings going up to 1000ms and averaging on 250ms. Their answer is to get more speed. Ping will be good on a 5mb line, speed does not affect ping. I use 4 different fibre suppliers (not cool ideas or openserve ) at work and even with my firewall I am getting between 3ms - 19ms worst case. I have send them the MTR results asked them to escalate my problem and after a month nothing, they don't give feed back, I have to ask . So you would understand not being able to play for a month my skill level ( average to start of with ) is now worse, I cant create content so I am loosing subscribers and viewers. So if you want to build a brand then please look at the other service providers. I know I am going to want to cancel today, because they cant deliver a decent product, but the will counter with a ridiculous amount that i need to pay because I have only been their a month. So be careful when companies rate themselves as #1.
