not so cool experience. 8 days ago i signed up because they were voted best ISP in 2018. Its been a frustrating 8 days with them. my international downloads to every single international server is around 10mbps ... i bought their 100/100 package and was told this is normal. Should have just stuck with metro fibre :( ... please stay very far away. They grown too big and cant cope

To make matters worse they dont respond timeously to tickets raised ... a pointless thing have a support center when no one responds.
