From best to worst ISP

Will be changing my ISP because of the shocking poor customer support. When they setup my router I could not pick up WiFi signal in a few rooms, so got another router out of my expense to expand the signal…. Cool ideas did not even want to assist with me setting up another router and said there service stops the moment we get internet through the router. They will not assist with swopping modems in my case either… shocking.
