From bad to worst
Ive been with cool ideas for over a year now and your service just gets worst, your line speed is not what you advertise, constanly having connection issues , always having system outages .. im literally at the point of switching as this is a constant issue with you guys ... really unhappy with your service

Our teams are reviewing your support ticket history and will be in touch to discuss the way forward, with regards to outages these are out of our control as it is usually on the fibre line provider side. this would affect all ISP's on the network as our network ha been stable.
