Fro OK to worst ISP

From good to worst. If 3 years ago cool ideas was on the ball, dynamic and cheap, they now, sluggish to say the least, no service, and not cheap at all. It seems with cool ideas internet is only important during the week and during the day on weekends and in the evening no service, so if you deal with overseas clients in different time zones, this ISP is not for you. You might be charged for a 20mb line, but I am happy to get between 0,9-3mb (4 different speediest sites) If you call them (Payable landline)don't ask for a consultant, you wait endless and than get someone who only can read to you what a screen infant says. Most AI could do better these days. So if you want bed service, pay too much, and unreliable connectivity, go to cool ideas. Otherwise, check for different options on the net. Thats what I will do now too!!
