friendly and prompt service

My fiber was damaged due to vandalism on Friday the 11th of August. I called Cool Ideas and notified them of the damage. Although the turn around time is 24 to 72 hours, my fiber was fixed and restored within 15 hours. I can't thank you enough for the friendly and prompt service. This type of service is very rare.
