********** debits from Cool Ideas - and tired of being ********** by them

Cool Ideas have sunk to an all time low with **********ly debiting accounts of ex customers. I cancelled my account in August last year and was absolutely *****ed by them. Now this. Bad idea to them as you ISP - if you value your money that is. I expect an immediate refund with interest and an apology. This is disgusting . Colin Chapman
